This page supplements the Privacy Policy. It is practical notice for a small studio site that receives briefs by email. It is not legal advice.
California — CCPA / CPRA
Categories we may collect
Identifiers (name, email); commercial / project context (what you want built, idea text); internet/technical data from hosting (IP, device, pages, timestamps).
Sources
You (forms/mailto); automatic from your browser/host when you visit.
Purposes
Respond to briefs and inquiries; operate and secure the site; business records.
Sale / share
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or so share, we do not show a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link as an active opt-out control. If that ever changes, we will update this page and add the required link.
Sensitive personal information
We do not seek sensitive personal information through this marketing site. Do not include SSNs, government IDs, precise geolocation, or similar in a brief.
Your California rights
Know/access; delete; correct; limit use of sensitive PI (if we ever collect it); opt out of sale/sharing (N/A while we do not sell/share); non-discrimination for exercising rights.
How to exercise
Email deepprintsllc@yahoo.com with enough detail to find your messages (and verify you). We will respond within the time CCPA requires, or explain if we need more information. Authorized agents may contact the same address with proof of authority.
Notice at collection
Same categories and purposes as above, collected when you visit or submit a brief.
Europe / UK — GDPR (and UK GDPR)
Controller
Deep Prints LLC operating App Atlass. Contact: deepprintsllc@yahoo.com. No separate EU representative appointed; use this email for GDPR requests.
Lawful bases
Contractual steps / pre-contractual request when you send a brief asking us to discuss a project; legitimate interests to secure and operate the site (technical logs); consent only if we later ask for something optional (we do not add marketing email signup in this update).
What we process
Same as the Privacy Policy (brief fields via mailto; host technical data).
Transfers
If you email us from the EEA/UK, your message is received in the United States. We rely on the necessity of transferring information you initiate to provide the service you request, and standard care of business email. Ask us if you need more detail on safeguards.
Your rights
Access; rectification; erasure; restriction; objection; portability (where applicable); lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise, email deepprintsllc@yahoo.com.
Retention
As in the Privacy Policy.
Automated decisions
We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on this site.
Security & subprocessors
Email and hosting providers process data to deliver mail and serve pages. We use reputable providers and limit access to people who need it for studio work.
